Embroidery Guidelines

All embroidery work is produced to the highest quality standards to ensure our customers satisfaction.

CUSTOM LOGOS: See Custom Logo Set-up for the full details on how to create your own.

PLACEMENT: Logos will be placed in the center of the apparel pocket.  Monograms will be placed on the ball pocket next to the angled portion of the zipper.  Full names will be placed in the middle of the ball pocket.

PERSONALIZATION: We can offer a wide range of embroidery fonts for special custom orders. Please contact us for additional options.

EMBROIDERY SIZING: Due to limitations of the embroidery equipment there are restrictions on the size and location of the embroidery. If you have a specific design you are trying to achieve, let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

EMBROIDERY COLORS: Color matching cannot be guaranteed. We make every effort to match the color as close as possible to the wide array of available thread colors.

CANCELLATIONS: Order cancelations must be approved by our customization department. Orders entered into production cannot be cancelled. Changes or corrections to an order already in process may be made depending on the status of the order, providing the customer agrees to compensate for all costs incurred in changing the order. As a result, the customer also agrees to additional production time if necessary.

STITCHING ALLOWANCE: The standard embroidery includes 20,000 stitches in one location. Anything over 20,000 stitches will incur an additional charge of $10.
