Returns and Care
We hope you understand that we make the following special considerations when processing a return or exchange:
• We can't accept items for return that were not purchased directly from Shapland (such as items purchased second-hand or through unapproved retailers).
• We cannot accept returns based on gross negligence. If there is a fault in craftsmanship, we will either make the repair or get you a replacement.

• Return freight is not free. As Shapland covers the shipping costs to get the bag to you, we think it is only fair that if you change your mind on an order and want to return it that you cover the shipping costs of getting it back to us.
• To help us protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, if you do not have a receipt and can't provide a valid ID, we can't accept items for return or exchange.

How to care for your Shapland bag:
Now that you have decided to give your sports bags the respect that they deserve, no longer will they be relegated to the back of the closet. Because Shapland bags are made using all-natural leather, you may choose to perform maintenance to keep it fresh
Reproofing:
Leather - Like our skin, leather will begin to dry out over time and the natural oils will need to be restored. Our bags use an oiled leather and we recommend an all-natural leather cream to restore your leather. If you need any help or have any questions/concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
